On Nov. 14 Volunteer EMT’s from Hatzalah were invited to come to visit the 5 classes of the Nursery program of YTT-JDBY. The students were learning about the letter “heh” which they were able to easily spot on our ambulance!

In the classroom they were shown some of our diagnostic tools such as our stethoscope, blood pressure cuff and pulse oximeter. Afterwards we went out to the playground where the ambulance was and the children got to go inside “H2” and ask questions as well.

We hope no one will need to use it, but that in the event that our services are needed, having being introduced to the equipment and ambulance will ally some of the patient’s fear.

Good luck learning the rest of the Aleph-Bais!
